Thank you Adam Carolla for hosting a monument to The Truth about Filipinos

I thought I’d collect some specimens of fine Filipino fauna hanging out at Adam Carolla’s Facebook page and classify them into my three-phyla Filipino zoological taxonomy. TERRORIST WANNABES — these are Filipinos who threatened violence against Adam Carolla. A few even invoked some imagined Filipino gangsta scene in L.A. that might step up to the occasion in the name of “country”.

Hope you all enjoyed the freak show folks. This here is a chunk of The Truth about Filipinos that every non-Filipino (and a number of cluey Filipinos) talk about over barbecues and beer. Quite unfortunate that in their pompous efforts to conceal these Truths, the armies of primitivism merely opened the proverbial Pandora’s Box. But then that’s just the Filipino.

Simply put:

World class at being LOW CLASS.

World class at being LOW CLASS.

World class at being WALANG CLASS.

    • Shaddap says:

That Reb Cinco guy is one of the worst f@ck-heads ever. Go to the Adam Carolla facebook page and you’ll see that moron posting all sorts of stuff that makes all Filipinos look stupid.

Anyone who was proud to be Filipino would have lost all pride in being Pinoy after going into the Adam Carolla facebook page and after witnessing the stupidity of most Filipinos in there.

You’ll see stupid Pinoys continuing to spew their crap against Adam Carolla (who already apologized, by the way) and then whenever there are other people who try to say “hey guys, move one”, even if it was meant well, these stupid Filipinos would attack them.

Even fellow Filipinos who go in there to “make-awat” and talk sense into those Pinoys in a rampage… You’ll see Filipinos saying “mga kababayan, tama na yan, mali nga si Adam, pero dapat di na natin patulan kasi nag-apologize na siya at sumosobra na tayo at di na maganda tingnan”, those good Samaritans get attacked by the Filipino mafia.

Truly, there is nothing to be proud of as a Pinoy after witnessing how stupid Filipinos can act on the Adam Carolla page.

      Just imagine:

      1. Bashing Carolla after he already apologized
      2. Bashing non-Filipinos who say “Guys, you’re not doing yourselves a favor by behaving the way you do”
      3. Bashing fellow Filipinos who try to talk sense into those stupid primitive pinoy indio savages in a rampage. Kahit gandahan pa nila ang pagkasabi, they’re still attacked.

  2. Shaddap says:

Well, there are a few people on the Adam Carolla page who threatened violence against OTHER FILIPINOS who merely called for people to be more reasonable and less violent.

Top of the list is cyber-terrorist REY REFRAN (funded and supported by Kim Jong-Il, Fidel Castro, and Hugo Chavez).

Then a new one came out with a guy named Dwayne Villafuerte singling out a woman who dared to speak out…

Essentially, there’s a kind of extremist cyber-mafia on the Adam Carolla page that seeks to bully all Filipinos who disagree with the disproportionate response that irrational Filipinos have expressed on Adam Carolla’s page. The fact remains that more and more thinking Filipinos who may have been irked and angered by Adam Carolla’s remarks now agree that he was correct with what he said all thanks to the irresponsible actions of cyber-terrorist Filipinos who gave all Filipinos a bad name.

This is the notoriety you wanted, right, Rey Refran? 🙂

  3. ChinoF says:

Sheila Laurel has the nerve to even say that the Filipinos nurses are the most competent in the world… wow, is that boasting necessary? Is it even true? Damn, how can you even prove that boast? It gives the idea that Filipinos are arrogant. National arrogance indeed.

Welcome to the land of fanatic haters… even Australopithecus had more dignity.

  4. matt landers says:

Get it on! I love the Ace Man. I think his social commentary is entertaining and provocative. People need to give him a break, he is a comedian. When you do a podcast everyday you’re sure to piss some people off with your material. Keep doing what you’re doing Adam.

    • your father says:

wow entertaining ba yun?..abnoy ka din no!!!…pwede namang magpatawa ng di nakasasakit at di nanlalait…abnoy ka lang talaga….. gaya ni adam (boyfriend nya si steve di b mga tol? he he…

  5. your father says:

hey adam …we hate you.stupid………..junk !!!!!!! my grandfa want to ki…. you

  6. AC says:

Your words reflect who you are… It’s humiliating kung paano siya kinukuyog ng mga Pinoy in his FB account, parang walang mga pinag-aralan. Truth hurts, huh? I’ve met a lot of people na napakagaling manlait ng iba, whether foreigner man or fellow Filipino and I can say that wala silang pinagkaiba with Adam Carolla. Bakit kapag si Vice Ganda yung nagbibigay ng nasty comments natutuwa pa ang mga tao?

    • Jay says:

I’ve heard of white trash. They’re close to bigots as they hate everybody yet love their mired, broken down nature. With the way pinoys behave about this, I’m not surprised if down the road someone ultimately labels them (and us) brown trash.

And yeah when its a pinoy whose bashing the state of the nation, everyone listens. When its a foreigner, people go all up at arms.

  7. tino says:

you should really blur their names out…facebook will know that you took these screenshots of people and posted this on your website…expect to be contacted soon

    • Shaddap says:

Tough luck, that was the irresponsibility of those stupid Pinoys who presented their stupidity for all the people of the world to see.

Doon pa sila sa harap ng mga puti naghuramentado. Ang tanga talaga ng maraming Pilipino. Makes you wish you weren’t Pinoy.

Expect more and more people to look down on Filipinos thanks to that stupid behavior exhibited by Pinoys on the Adam Carolla facebook page.

    • wowie says:

I agree, while they do deserve it, somebody can actually report it and you might here something from Facebook and it would be too unfortunate if this will be used against AP. Even sites such as facebookfails.com blur the names and censor the profile pics.

    • ChinoF says:

Nah… they posted on Carolla’s page, which is public, for all to see. They should know their names are for all to see. I take that risk too.

    • Jay says:

I myself already took the risk. Had a couple bad trolls on me and two people who messaged me with my breach of nationalism. They made a few nice pictures of me then revealed my true nature to them.

  8. liz says:

This is just so embarassing…some people don’t know what to say,so I’ll they do is curse some nonsense words. From the looks of it, it looks like most of them are stupid.

  9. Lorenz says:

I’ve always wondered what’s this fuss is all about because i couldn’t really care less with all these ramblings with no logic. Although BongV and other posters in anti-pinoy seems to bash the filipinos more aggressively these days yet they never speak about themselves. BongV, ChinoF, and others what would you classify yourselves? The intellectual Filipinos? I am curious. Because if you bash Filipinos you are also bashing yourselves since you are also a Filipino am I correct? What’s the difference between you and the generalizations that you say about Filipinos? I’d like to know of a model for Filipinos to follow .This is not to bash you but i am just curious.

Remember the part from the Bible of the woman who committed adultery and many wanted to stone her yet no one stoned her because Jesus knows all of them too have committed sins. One more, “don’t judge or you will be judged”. My Philosophy teacher said “don’t define, or you will be defined”

Nietzsche, a great philosopher, said “there are NO facts ONLY interpretations.”

Personally, instead of bashing the bashers, it’s better to post on the solutions or discussing about the problem and finding the solutions. It seems to me this place is becoming to be where to bash the bashers of the Filipinos. Not much difference if you ask me. I like the site brownraise.org but they don’t produce articles as much as anti pinoy though.

    • BongV says:

Accusations of bashing is a strawman reply.

Address each of the issues being raised and discuss the pros and cons.

Regarding generalization – it’s s okay to generalize that noynoy is the winnable candidate but it’s not okay to generalize that the choice of noynoy is not a good choice if the criteria of ability was used, instead of pedigree?

The solution in this case, is quite clear – to re-examine the evaluation criteria, and test the results if different criteria were used. But that’s an individual’s choice – I am not in the business of telling Pinoys you should do this – it is a conclusion that they themselves should make, nobody else. Free choice brother.

    • J.B. says:

Sorry to butt in but my observation about these online thinkers is that they’re using the net to help improve the Philippines, only that they’re using the “harsh” way, thinking into themselves the harsher the comment could get, the greater the changes that an idiotic Pinoys will learn or mend his ways or encounter epiphany.

But I kind of wonder though whether using “harsh” words in interpreting facts has a solid factual evidence that it could help or useful. I hope these “gentlement” writers will explain that it really does help and there is a strong correlation between “harsh” and learning.

      • BongV says:

        JB:

        I think it’s a matter of perspective.

Most Pinoys are used to innuendo – a face-saving device.

Anything that’s foreign to them – is considered “harsh”.

In other cultures, this is just plain straight conversation.

      • J.B. says:

With the emergence of political correctness, that’s no longer the case.

Take for example Robin Williams firing his redneck joke to Aussies, which still a fact in some parts of Australia e.g. Conulla riots — but was met with heavy criticism including no less than the Aussie PM.

If you were a writer teaching the OZ this is a fact and would praise Robin Williams for telling the truth, will your writings considered straight?

      • BongV says:

        J.B.
        April 6th, 2010 at 9:32 pm

With the emergence of political correctness, that’s no longer the case.

        Take for example

        JB,

P.C. is considered passe’, depending of course on which side of the fence you are on. Though I am willing to go out on a limb and state that in my hood, political correctness is considered “uncool”, political irreverence is in – in case they haven’t heard the names – John Stewart and Stephen Colbert 🙂

    • Shaddap says:

      Shaddap Lorenz,

The solutions are very very obvious!

If this website says that the behavior of Filipinos doing A+B+C+D is uncivilized, bad, stupid, embarrassing, then guess what, not doing A+B+C+D IS THE SOLUTION!

In other words, don’t do the stupid thing being described and automatically you’ve done the right thing.

What solutions are you requiring, you nitwit?!? A cure for AIDS? There’s nothing fancy needed. Filipinos just need to stop doing the stupid things that are described as preventing progress.

      • J.B. says:

It was about questioning whether there is a strong evidence that Pinoys will learn when introduced with facts put in the “harsh” way.

If there was none, then what is the point of recycling the same approach without getting any result?

Btw, I didn’t introduced anything above so why criticized the non-existent?

      • J.B. says:

hey, sorry, i wrongly read the quotes…my bad.

      • Anonylol says:

When faced with full blown retardation like in those comments, I don’t think anything AP writers can say can be harsh enough.

While there isn’t much evidence that says the “harsh” approach works, there’s plenty of evidence that the opposite approach doesn’t.

Also, the general opinion on “Political Correctness” is that it’s going too far and breeding its own brand of stupidity.

      • benign0 says:

Also, the general opinion on “Political Correctness” is that it’s going too far and breeding its own brand of stupidity.

Indeed it is. The commentors hurling abuses at Carolla seem to be enjoying more rights than those who beg to differ to them. I’ve heard stories of people making contrarian views on Carolla’s FB page being reported as “abusive” users by the Mob there.

      • BongV says:

I propose we look at it this way -“good cop – bad cop”.

All the Pinoy blogs you have read so far are – “feel good”, “good cop” – only a few dare take the “bad cop” role for fear of reprisal. what if, there was someone – or there was a group who has been through hell and back – who don’t mind reprisals, because they eat reprisals for breakfast, lunch, supper, and merienda – people who know their faults and embrace it.

There is something about embracing your faults – not in a kunsintidor kind of way, but in owing up to it. Taking charge, taking responsbility for your action.

After all how can you claim success if you are afraid to claim failure?

So what if I failed? I will try again, big deal.
Fall eight time, rise nine times – as a Japanese proverb goes.
ika nga ni Edison, I did not fail 1,999 times – I learned 1,999 ways how not to do it. And the 2,000th attempt – I hit paydirt.

Why be ashamed? Why be embarassed? Fez up! Yes, I made a mistake, I will do better next time. Now what did I do here, that I shouldn’t repeat?

Do not be afraid of failure – failure is a friend – it teaches you how to be better at doing things until you succeed.

Having embraced failure – set goals for one’s elf, and upon setting those goals – go into introspection whether the faults will affect the possible outcome, come up with action that minimize the faults or render such faults irrelevant in the chosen sphere of activity, and go for the kill

There are already many good cops in the market – no one’s doing a darn good job at being a “bad cop”.

      • Shaddap says:

The only real way is to kill off the stupid Filipinos who are unruly and insist on going berserk as a way to answer back at Adam Carolla.

Those sickos obviously don’t deserve to live and they don’t deserve to pass on their inferior genes to the next generation. So just kill them off.

That’s the only effective way to deal with them.

The harsh “verbal” route that is employed by the authors on this website, however, is the more humane way to do it.

So which one do you choose?

“Harsh verbal” way of antipinoy.com which is relatively humane or the Genocidal route of killing off all stupid Filipinos who spewed out their crap that made non-Filipinos think that Filipinos are a race of primitive proto-humans on the Adam Carolla facebook page?

  10. Gman says:

Some people in America are swingers. But not all living in America are whores and bastards. You can’t judge the whole race because of the actions of the few.

  11. James says:

I love the fact that there are actually filipinos that more reasonable than the other ignorant, arrogant idiots out there.

  12. It’s a good thing to expose our bad attitudes but it’s never a good thing to hate your own race.

What’s wrong with the world mama?

Yeah madness is what you demonstrate
And that’s exactly how anger works and operates

It just ain’t the same all ways have changed
New days are strange is the world the insane?
If love and peace so strong
Why are there pieces of love that don’t belong
    Nations dropping bombs
Chemical gases filling lungs of little ones
    With ongoing suffering
    As the youth die young
So ask yourself is the loving really strong?
So I can ask myself really what is going wrong
With this world that we living in
    People keep on giving in
    Makin wrong decisions
Only visions of them livin and
    Not respecting each other
    Deny thy brother
The wars’ going on but the reasons’ undercover
    The truth is kept secret
    Swept under the rug
    If you never know truth
    Then you never know love

I feel the weight of the world on my shoulder
As I’m getting older y’all people get colder
Most of us only care about money makin
Selfishness got us followin the wrong direction
Wrong information always shown by the media
Negative images is the main criteria
Infecting their young minds faster than bacteria
Kids wanna act like what the see in the cinema
Whatever happened to the values of humanity
Whatever happened to the fairness and equality
Instead of spreading love, we’re spreading anomosity
Lack of understanding, leading us away from unity
That’s the reason why sometimes I’m feeling under
That’s the reason why sometimes I’m feeling down
It’s no wonder why sometimes I’m feeling under
I gotta keep my faith alive, until love is found

    People killing people dying
Children hurtin you hear them crying
Can you practice what you preach
Would you turn the other cheek?
    Father Father Father help us
    Send some guidance from above
Cause people got me got me questioning
    Where is the love?

We are all judgmental. People will always judge. Just like what this site did. But should we let our unproven assumptions deter us from loving our own race?

Hating your own race is or in short ‘self-hate’. IT’s VERY IGNORANT. You van expose our bad attitudes and still be a pro-pinoy. Love yourself and love everyone around you. Don’t look for reasons and poor excuses to be exclusive to a certain race. That’s soooooo backwards.

“Understanding is a three-edged sword. Your side, their side, and the truth.”
    –J. Michael Straczynski

and so I leave you with this statement:
Can you practice what you preach?

    Just a FRIENDLY comment.

    • BongV says:

      No one’s hating RACE dude.

It’s the behavior my friend. Stupid behavior that must be made to die a hard death.

    • BongV says:

OUCH! No one ever thinks of that reality.

  13. radio1 says:

This is where I cut in –

Even though we have the right to be angry, we have to stay rational and find the solutions to our problems, especially the problems that cause us to be the butt of all jokes. I’d like to applaud the entire Anti-Pinoy team for exposing the sad truths about the Philippines and the Filipinos, especially their behavior when it comes to notable Filipinos, like Manny Pacquiao. Adam Carolla is right – we need to get our sh*t together, by finding the right solutions to the problems plaguing our country. It would be better if we elect the right leaders in a month’s time, and if we stop our “overdependece” on government and other institutions.

    • brianitus says:

I don’t want to give too much credit to Adam Carolla, nauna na AP sa kanya eh. sipsip. LOL.

Wala bang may linya sa “PInoy” stand-up comedy among the AP people?

      • spatz says:

Nasaan na pala si Renato Pacifico? I actually enjoyed reading his englishtzes ba yun..

Back to the comment about going the harsh way (harsh words) in trying out to straighten out the idiots in the Philippines. Actually it works. The chronic late comers in my office for instance; you try to talk to them about their tardiness and ask how you can help them then they would be very apologetic, ashamed even for always being tardy. After talking to them calmly, the next few days they would come to work on time, after a week back to being tardy. You try talk sense into them again and the cycle continues. Kaya ang ginawa, nung malate uli kulang nalang pagmumurahin ko, sabay bigay ng IR, so much for being a people-person! Hayun, gusto lang pala pagmumurahin e, ginawa ko nalang sana ng maaga-aga. “Harsh” methods work sometimes, especially for da pinoy.

      • brianitus says:

        Hi, spatz.

Attitude na yang issue ng mga tao mo — habitual tardiness. Keep your life simple with the tardiness issue. Be the people person that you want to be pero use your company policies para less ang need for talk. Talk only serve those who want to bend the rules eh, palusot behavior. Policy implementation dictates the kind of behavior you want in the office. Pag sabit, memo tapos 201 file, tapos, walang drama. In motivating people, think of the mule or a horse. Bottom-line: There’s only so much you can do with the carrot and stick. If those don’t work na, shoot it. Same with erring employees, if they still can’t follow after getting repeated warnings, fire them. Kinausap mo naman nang maayos dati eh.

        cheers!

  14. Anonylol says:

    Oh goddamit.
When we joked by calling the country “Failippines” it wasn’t a challenge to live up to the name!

  15. misc says:

Not every Filipino is perfect, so we tend to say and do really dumb things. If you look at your own country, I bet a lot of them do the same stupid things too. So it’s not fair for all of you to generalize us Filipinos as being “stupid” or “walang class.”

    • benign0 says:

Well, see that’s the whole tragedy surrounding Da Pinoy. For every TINY minority of truly classy, cluey, thoughtful, and reflective Filipinos, there will be at least 100,000 balasubas that will UNDERMINE whatever fragile reputation those exceptional few painstakingly build.

And that dude is the sad situation called Da Pinoy Condition. 😀

  16. yoseph says:

Benign0, this is pretty trivial and random. Um, why do you spell “the” as “Da” before you write “Pinoy.” Just wondering. For some reason, it’s somewhat funny to me (maybe I’m super mababaw lol). Anyway, keep spelling it that way ^_^

    • benign0 says:

It sounds more, well, Pinoy when you say “Da” instead of “the”. That’s my trivial reason for writing it that way. You should hear me actually verbalise it sometime. 😉

  17. juanon says:

    Cheap name callings?

And these people expect to be respected? Seriously? This is what really frustrates me as a Filipino. These people are so caught up in the collective moment of rage, that when you try to educate them they actually BRAND YOU as a traitor. These people seriously believe that it is FILIPINO to act like cavemen and join in the rage!

Even more annoying is how some justify their actions with their belief that Americans will act the same way if it was they who were in our shoes. This not just shows their stupidity, but their ignorance as well because any educated person knows that America HAS BEEN TAKING WAY MORE INSULTS from virtually EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. And you don’t see them acting like us.

Another thing that’s really dumb is how some justify their rage with the analogy that “if your relative gets bullshited in TV, won’t you be angry as well?” Why yes, I will be angry. But is Pacquiao my relative? Are all of you raging commenters relatives of Pacquiao? This is another negative trait of Pinoys, their habit of taking things TOO PERSONALLY or in tagalog MASYADONG DINADAMDAM.

Yahoo just released an article about Pacquiao forgiving Carolla. As I type this comment, you’ll still see dozens to hundreds of Pinoys in that article’s comment section who STILL WANT TO CONTINUE THE RAGE EVEN IF PACQIUAO HIMSELF DECIDED TO MOVE ON.

I get the impression that some of them do this because they think it’s cool. That they feel like soldiers defending their country. When in reality, they’re just acting like silly little children.

This article is amusing. It’s one thing to accept that we have to get better after hearing pointed comments from a comedian, but it’s quite another to hold that comedian up to a pedestal like he’s some sort of wise man. Carolla’s schtick is to be controversial and get reactions like the one we have here. Some people naturally will react and will react disproportionately. But Carolla totally deserves what he’s getting on the Net for his dickishness and, guess what, he EXPECTS it. He knows he’s saying something stupid and he knows he’s going to get bashed for it. Because that’s his routine. I’d be surprised if NO ONE reacts to such statements of (intended) malice and the writer of this article would now be complaining that Filipinos are wimps for not reacting at all. Hahahahahahaha!
